All orders are shipped with USPS •Standard Processing time for hair is within 7 -10. business days. Business days are Monday-Friday

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Annual Public Holidays: Christmas, New Years, Labor Day,  Easter etc.. Kindly note that delivery times may be impacted during these periods due to service disruptions from our suppliers and logistics partners. Expect potential delays of 3-4 days or longer. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience during these times.

•(ONCE YOUR ORDER IS PLACED IT CANNOT BE CANCELLED) No refunds will be issued for abandoned or refused shipments •No address changes can be made once your order has been placed . Please be sure to check that you have entered the correct address and included any extra information needed such as an apartment number. •Once your order is placed no cancellations can be made . Only a refund can be issued . There will be a 10% merchant fee deducted from your refund) Once your package is received by USPS we are no longer responsible or liable for the delivery of them. If you have any issues with your package please contact your local USPS office. Route protection is automatically added to all orders. If you opt out of the route protection, your package will no longer be covered if it is lost or stolen.
